HP eBay shop does not do international shipping so I did not even try.

However, I already have a 32GB Touchpad and it is OK. I like the form factor and webOS is good. Personally I think it is let down by poor design details and a lack of webOS apps.

When the final (post beta) version of Android is released for the TP (it is currently at Alpha 3) I will use it. A pre release version of Android 4 has also been put on a TP. If that ever gets to the stage of being released I will certaily use it.
