I like having audio capability (TTS/audiobook), more storage, easier to type and navigate, XRay is nice to have. Kindle Store experience is better, PDF support is better, browsing is better. The games (at least the ones that work on KTouch) are better also (that might be a minus, depending on your capacity for addiction/distraction!)
K4 is better for reading in the bathtub, as you can slide it into a ziplock bag and still operate it.
For me, K4 was a non starter, but some people prefer physical page buttons, which makes KTouch a non starter for them.
