I've joined this forum because I found that I kept coming back even if just for calibre tips and tricks. I've learned alot from this forum and it's cool to be around other people excited about ereaders.

I started with the Kindle 3 (the graphite with the keyboard). And I liked it but the lack of page numbers turned me off... and I switched back to physical books. Later I got the Nook Touch and I liked the prettier fonts and page #s and I finally embraced ebooks.

Well now I've switched to Kindle Touch and the Kindle Fire. And I've actually finally gotten used to location #s and percent and are happy with it over page #s (though it is still neat to see the p #s). I think I just needed extra time to make the transition but it's awesome once I did. I'm looking for another job and will have to move in a few months and I love that instead of lugging heavy boxes of books I just have a couple of lightweight devices.
