It's a nice internet device; but fails as a tablet. A rooted Nook Color is more of a tablet than the TouchPad is. webOS is essentially dead and the app store sucks. Major apps are missing - Netflix, Hulu, Twitter, Nook, Kobo, Sony Reader, Aldiko, Mantano, Bluefire, Moon+, Google Books, etc. On top of that, the Kindle app is still in beta.

When I bought it for $99, I knew full well what I was getting and don't feel cheated in the least. I really don't care if new apps are ever added to it again. I didn't buy it for its extremely weak app selection. I bought it to surf the web and play videos. It replaced my netbook and sits on a coffee table in my living room.
