Hi i'm new at this and i'm having problems taking my kindle 3g (serial number starts with B006).
I was hoping you could maybe help me out?
The instructions you posted seemed to be very straight forward but for some reason I'm not getting it ti work.
My goal it to get one french voice and one english voice.
this is what I've done so far:
1- installed - update_jailbreak_0.10.N_k3g_install then updated the kindle
2- installed - update_usertts_3r3_k3g_install then updated the kindle
3- I created a folders called usertts
4- inside usertts i created 2 files one called male the other female
5- I downloaded 2 voice packs : (kindle-voice-en_US-samantha) and (kindle-voice-fr-thomas)
6- put the content of these files in the respective folders
7- restarted the kindle
But nothing happens. The voices stay the same. Could someone please help me out and show me what I'm doing wrong
