One other thing to keep in mind - this device was never intended to work with Google Market. Because of this Google Market does not know what apps can safely run here and what apps can't. Normally it would filter out incompatible apps but since access to Market was added it allows you to install apps that may not work properly with this device.
Simply put you're using a device that is no longer supported because its company went under. You're using modified software and you're doing things with it that it wasn't originally intended to do. You can't now start complaining that some things don't work right. This would be like putting a Geo Metro engine in a Hummer and then complaining that it doesn't work reliably or have enough power to pull it along.
If you want reliability then by all means reflash golden Dingo and install the approved original Ermine update. Don't put Google Market back on it and do without.
If you don't want the headaches then by all means sell it. There are definitely faster and better tablets out there that are supported by companies that are still in existence. The Edge is original in that it contains eInk and LCD in the same device so if you take it for what it is it will be just fine for you.
For the record my dad just got the Kindle Fire and I hate that damn thing! Sure it's fast and it's neat but you're VERY LIMITED as to what you can do with it. It felt like it was designed for a five year old and I honestly believe that being idiot-proof was the key to its design. I suppose you can say the same thing about iProducts.
BUT - For a 63 year old man who is dying from Cancer and who doesn't want to take the time to think and to learn how to do things anymore.. well it's a perfect fit. His biggest complaint is that he has to dig out his old kindle anytime he wants to sit outside and read!
