ReaderWorks for authoring .LIT e-books
OverDrive's ReaderWorks Standard 2.0 is a free tool which allows you to convert MS Word, HTML, and TXT documents into MS Reader .LIT e-books. Not that anyone sane in his mind would want to do that given all the better alternatives out there (Plucker, ...).
