That is what I thought too, no magnets on the cover. Why would there be? I think people must review the wrong item sometimes.

But I was surprised my taskbright by Pathway had a magnet on it. I guess I will hope it doesn't hurt the DX. Since it didn't hurt my Sony when I used the same model of light that has a magnet.

I use two hands to hold the DX. I don't think I could read on the Fire. I am too use to the nice ereader print and no backlight glare.
