Itunes movies are protected with Apple's DRM, and can only be played on Apple devices. If you want to play them on your Nook Color you will have to remove the DRM (no idea if that is possible), and perhaps convert them to another format.

If you want to watch movies on your NC you can use a program like DVD Catalyst to convert your DVD's to files that can be played on the NC.
