Hello, delighted to find this forum.
I join in need of guidance, please.
1- (at the risk of being very naive) can you explain the difference between ePub 5 and PDF?
2- (currently using Kindle for clients to provide wine tasting notes and specific menu pairing suggestions, but have been asked about Nook as another option)
3- The ePub may well solve a dissatisfaction with the pdf on Kindle and avoid uploading a great deal copyrighted work in Word form to get closer to original format

Would appreciate both current guidance and direction to previous threads if this has been discussed beyond thoroughly.
