Hmmm - I stand corrected. I thought I remembered seeing a picture of the correct card orientation in the user guide or on the "Getting Started" sheet in the box, but there isn't one. That's definitely an oversight on Bookeen's part - although it's obvious to the more experienced user which way the card goes in, I can well imagine someone who's never seen an SD card before trying to force it in the wrong way.
