I came up with mine when I was signing up for an anime forum. I wanted something that sounded too silly to be already taken by anybody else.
I don't want to go through all the reasons I chose this particular combination but I mostly wanted something that was unique and could be eventually recognized as me if used in multiple places.
I even googled it to make sure it couldn't be associated with something other than me and nothing came up. If you google it now, there are several pages of listings that have nothing to do with me.
