Yes, the whole story from A to Z has been extremely disappointing here and I just don't have the time, energy or patience to deal with them anymore. I've decided to hold on to my T1 until the update comes (since it's proving so extremely difficult both to have it returned and or to turn it in to have it 'fixed'), and I've written them a long letter of complaint so I'll see if anything comes out of that.
