In other words, not immediatelly asking for a fee (which is not true by the way, but let's assume it was) somehow makes patent, that resulted from multimillion R&D investement and is the foundation of the modern wireless standards, ridiculous? But how ridiculous? On the levels of rectangular shape with rounded corner and clear screen, or even more ridiculous?
