Mine is from an ancient episode of Late Night with Conan O'Brien, when Andy was on the show and they did the "In the Year 2000" routine.

One of the lines was "... in the year 2000, Alabama will change its name to Banjobama." I still almost always pick the username banjobama for things because it's never taken.
