I was in that boat too. Then I had one incidence of not waking up that required a 10-second press reboot. However, I don't really consider that a big deal. I run a Windows PC and hardly a week goes by that I don't need to reboot for one reason or another. I've never thought of that as unusual. But then I started with Basic, a TRS-80, then Dos 3.2, so I had to do a lot of stuff for myself. People coming from the Mac culture don't expect to have to "look under the hood" and expect everything to be idiot-proof and every app to know about every other app and all of them to communicate and play nicely together. If that doesn't happen, it's disaster.
