I bought a white one, mainly because of how badly the glossy black seemed to show fingerprints on the demo models I saw.
But I do find that in anything other than really bright light, the screen does tend to look rather grey compared to the white-white frame.
I did seriously consider a 'red' one, but after having a play with one in a shop, I decided it just wasn't 'red' enough. Definitely too much of a pinkish hue to it for me. Had it been a real fire truck red, I probably would've bought one.
Definitely considering a skin for my 'iReader' now.
