The thing is, you're trying to convert to what is basically an omnibus of hundreds (maybe even thousands) of books. Yes, you're bound to get out of memory errors. Try disabling chapter detection and see if that helps. Even if you succeed with the conversion, your Kindle might have a problem reading the generated mobi.
