Whether it matters or not is a discussion for a separate thread I think.
The product is sold offering access to the reader store but they haven't provided it many weeks after it was put to the shops.
That's sloppy marketing and bad customer service, especially as they aren't being open on the date it will be available to use.
I don't mind Waterstones, Penguin or other, but to offer a product with a feature that isn't usable isn't good and they should be brought up on this for the sake of customer service.
