Thanks. It is charged . I did yesterday and I'm doing it now. Because it can be switch off bateries lost all charge. Hard reset doesn't work ( < button and volume+). If I format the internal memory what about software built-in (sony made)?. Does it effect this software (dictionary and main program) etc? Format you mean same as I can do with PC hardisk or memory Card? Sorry for that rookie question but I like still my sony dispite it's the one-way love
