frozen with message: 1fskin:/I/string...

My ereader prc 600 is frozen. I bought it in summer 2010 so is out of warranty period. Unfortunately when I bought it i didn't pay extra money for 3 years cover trusting quality of famous SONY. I have camera A200 and camcorder which still work without any serious problem. So I have counted naively ereader be with same good standard. First time my ereader was frozen about 3-4 months ago. It was exactly same screen-image: some vertical and horizontal strips (it resembles main page but without any sings and lines are thinner: four big squares and three smaller in the bottom; there is a message: 1fskin:/I/string...). Before I discovered that I used wrongly Calibra and it tried to add huge files (still I don't know how it happened) and I removed big files from ereader memory and it started again. Now it happened when I used Reader Library (Sony software). I have cancelled two files trying adding them to e-reader's memory. I worked long time without results ( synchronizing process). Now it got stuck again. A memory is free. It doesn't help to reset. Several resets didn't help. After reset I can see yellow light flashing, I can turn on. A reader starts, shows a first page – preparation and it is frozen again, and again: stripes and message: 1fskin:/I/string.... Battery are charged. So is any more what I can do? As you see I am not keen about software but who said I should be. Now even restarting doesn’t work. I am just book worm, and feel quite uncomfortable. The Christmas is soon, I predict charge in the support centre. Hard reset doesn’t work as well (back page and volume +) I just read Anthony Beevor’s Stalingrad. Is the Barbarossa had effect into my ereader?? Anybody can help, please??
