I rarely read books in Norwegian, and when I do I get them from the library, but as of this spring, all the big chains sell e-books. Haven't bought from them yet, but it's supposedly a bit of a hassle. The big publishers who own the bookstore-chains are collaborating, so you have to have an account with the bookstore you want to buy from, and then another one at
Bokskya to download the books.
Because of some disagreement between the publishers and authors about royalties, you can't get the newest releases. I think the books have to be a year or so before there's an electronic version.
They sell epubs, and use ADE-DRM, so to read them on your kindle you have to crack the DRM and convert to mobi.
And they aren't cheap of course. I'm glad I mostly read English
