Like Filark said, if you desire to update your device you will need to download the update and install it manually. However, this is not absolutely necessary if you are content with the the original operating system (Dingo).

Errors 45 and 46 are registration errors. These are a result of you trying to re-register the eDGe with a now defunct Entourage server. Do NOT attempt to re-register your eDGe using the Registration Wizard.

The first thing I would try for the other errors (60-69, 79 and 80) is to try opening one of the books again and see what happens. Adobe has been known to have intermittent server issues. With this many errors it is possible that their servers are having problems.

Also, verify and update the date and time on your eDGe if necessary. The eDGe used to sync its time with the Entourage server, however since the server no longer exists it can't. I'm not sure where you live but, many states ended Daylight Savings Time at the end of October and this could be part of your problem. (Adobe Error Code 61 - Incorrect Date and Time).

After you verify date and time and try to open a book and the errors persist try reauthorizing Digital Rights Management (DRM) on your eDGe. It may have been wiped when you attempted to re-register the eDge. You have to manually link your Adobe account to the Pocket Edge. See my Resource Sticky to for instructions on how to do this.

If you need any additional help please ask. Forum members are standing by to assist.
