That's bad luck.
Quality of the buttons differs between my two 350. The blue one feels much better: buttons don't wiggle, bushing feels very exact. One the solver one buttons partly feeling more loose and less qualitative.

Do you know: was it the mechanic of the buttons that fails or something electronical. Latter one always can happen, first one could be error by design.
