its amazing how simple yet logical that rationale is.
if i sold "illegally" obtained or counterfeit material then thats piracy. imo copyright infringment is a bs term that they made up because they can't technically nail you for piracy but theyve gotta get you for something, just like the police use disorderly persons when theres no real law that was broken.
