Have you looked at an enTourage eDGe? Either size fits a lot of what people are asking about here. Uses USB or bluetooth keyboard (though not natively on eink side), does okay with pdfs, etc. If you could resurrect the eDGe and give it a Pearl eink screen, somehow enable typing on the eink as well as on the LCD, and maybe shave off some weight I (for one
) would be a happy camper!
