So happens I just bought two more KT's today for family members for Christmas . They were both 1.9.9 out of the box. I've updated both of them to 1.9.14 and they both show all 7 updates notes going back to the original 1.9.5.

I also finally got around to updating my own; did a factory reset back to 1.9.5 to get rid of the .14 beta and updated, and again all 7 updates are shown.
