the id attribute should be unique, that should fix it up

Edit : the spacer image is also missing an entry
I Changed the images in the exploded epub to Images. I changed href="images/sample.jpg to href="images/spacer.jpg. I changed the 2nd and 3rd id="img1" to id="img2" & id="img3".

Didn't help except that the images are now there in the Images folder.
