Have you tried using the cards in a card reader? If there is an issue with the cards, then you won't get it to work, and trying to read the card in something else can verify that.

Also, it could be an issue with the 600's card slots, to where it will not read the cards.

I know for a while, I had an issue where calibre wouldn't recognize my reader, or my cards unless I manually mounted them. Could be you have something similar going on.

Without more info, hard to say.
