That's in progress, but moving slowly because of general busyness.
I find it strange that you cannot install the Allmine update in your PE, since I installed it on mine (after using my build, of course
) and it works for me (except for missing applications in the Market, which I don't know if it's a partitioning issue or a Market issue).
What kind of "blow up" do you see? Do you have the corresponding update.log file?
