How can I upgrade firmware?

Good day,

On my PocketBook, to upgrade the firmware, I had to download a ".bin" file and copy it to the reader. The upgrade was automatic when the reader is restarted.

With my Kobo Touch, I don't see any link to the firmware.
The only links are for a Windows or Mac application: Kobo Desktop.

I can't install this application in my computer.
I can't install a VM with one of this OS in my computer.

Is there a way to download and install the firmware?
(I don't have wi-fi)
