First... You need a box. There's one you can get from USPostalService which measures about 11.5" x 13.5" x 2.5". It is usable for both domestic and international Priority Mail. That one will just fit the Cybook box that your Cybook came in. You'll need to place the Cybook into it and then slide the Cybook box into the USPS one. (I believe they ask for everything back, just in case they send you a new one instead of repair the one you've returned.)
There will be room for stuffing, peanuts or those inflated air pillows to fill in the rest of the USPS box. Stuff away.
Second, whether you use the one from the Post Office or UPS or FedEx, you'll have to choose whichever shipping that you feel comfortable with (both on price and on delivery speed) and determine, from them, what the cost will be. Remember to insure the package for the full value.
And you'll need to mark the RMA number on the shipping label - and I would consider it smart to type up a sheet with your information (shipping address and the like) as well as your RMA number and put that INSIDE the Cybook box on top of the Cybook.
