Extended again to Dec 5th, due to problems some customers were having applying the coupons.
I must say it's rather nice of her to keep trying so everyone can get in on the deal, and I'm pleased to not have to rush to put my order in this evening and hope that the code would finally go through this time.
Also, I hope she does more "Author's Cut" editions of her books, especially the ones which are insanely priced from the regular publisher in Canada.
