Well, I've tried just about everything. My HTML files are somehow part of Firefox. My HTML file that is PRC, which I used to upload, I can't open.
So, is there a company that can "enter my computer" and fix this so i can upload my novels? it would probably take a savvy person very little time to figure out what the problem is and then i can fix it, or they can. I'm afraid if I just send this off, the same problem will arise, as it is clearly in how the conversion reads my word file.
