Yes, there's a setting for that (Home (page 2) :: Parameters :: General parameters :: Page-turn preference, actually translated from French, perhaps not exactly these words in English interface), but it can happen if you don't stroke slightly backward before removing your finger. Remeber that it's an infrared layer tactile interface, movements 1 or 2 mm above screen surface are detected ! I'm mostly using the left/right buttons, for me, the tactile interface is useful only for pointing and entering text, not page turn.
