I downloaded dropbox from dropbox.com and then sideloaded it, just as Blossom suggested. Now I read/annotate pdf's on my Fire using RepliGo then save them to Dropbox and can easily access them on various PCs.

Quick plug for RepliGo... So far, it has worked without a hitch. Highlighting and adding notes is a breeze and they transfer over nicely to desktop versions of Acrobat. Well worth the 4 or 5 bucks I paid for it considering I am going to use it regularly. And it's even available in the Amazon market so I didn't have to track down the .apk somewhere else.
