While it would not be a copyright violation, in the US it MAY be a trademark violation. Worth checking into if you're using something that might have a litigious publisher behind it. (Like, for example.. the Harry Potter universe.)

Theoretically, trademarks have to be in the same "market" to be enforcable. Realistically, whoever has the most money to throw at lawyers wins.

I honestly think you'd be fine, but just something for consideration.
