A short anecdote about this. In one instance I had many emails and phone calls with them trying to diagnose an issue with Kindle 3 software. It was serious enough that I sent an email to Jeff himself without hoping for an answer. What do you know. I received a response from a lady high up in their hierarchy who said that Jeff assigned it to her to look into this issue. Whether or not Jeff actually read my email, I was impressed.
