Okay so i have reset the factory defaults and reinstalled kobo and my three new books show they are synching and says bookmark updated.. when i look into my new and open -nothing. online it shows they are in my library. i don't know what else to do. i have reset, re loaded. hmm anyone else having this issue? thanks.
