My stuff was all wet too! I drove my
casket trailer to my Thanksgiving destination, in the wind and rain. AND so it's lid bounced open, and a wind gust blew it all the way open, and I lost all my packed clothes! And a sleeping bag, 2 blankets, my crochet project, plus other stuff!
And what was still there (due to being too heavy to blow away), was sopping wet.
So, we didn't sleep in the car and in the casket that night. We got a motel.
Much drier!
And then I went shopping to buy all new clothes, after we arrived. THAT was fun, anyway!
Yeah, okay, so I'm a little eccentric! "Feisty" and "spunky" have been heard too .....
