I've checked your account and see that you've purchased the Kindle from retail store. Also, I noticed that Special offers for this Kindle is listed as "Country of Residence not supported." Please note that special offers is only to customers with a U.S. billing and shipping address. I can confirm that you won't receive any special offers on your Kindle.

Ok, so will the adverts be removed, can I disable seeing the adverts somehow? The screensaver was visible until the upgrade so I dont understand how I am seeing the adverts now?
