I've cooked a turkey breast in the Weber two Christmas' in a row now. But we serve it cold with other cold meats and salads. It's usually about 35-40C on Christmas day. Too hot. Although an awful lot of Aussies still have a traditional roast. That reminds me. I had better get my order in.
My butcher was telling me that he saves up lamb bones and freezes them all year round for Christmas. He said he goes through about a 1000 bones at Christmas. Apparently there are a lot of lucky dogs in town on Christmas day.
