Agree. Simply can't take the problems and poor customer service from Kobo. I was an original, first generation Kobo owner. Paid full price on pre-order in the states. But nothing but problems from bad information from customer service -- just how many times are they going to tell to do a factory reset before they realize that is not the problem.

I've given up and gone to a Nook Touch. I wanted to love the Kobo. Did everything I could and gave them every opportunity.
