I typically don't boast companies for their customer service but due to the excellent care I got tonight, I thought I would share.

I bought my DXG about two years ago, which is well out of the warranty period of one year. However, when I called this evening with a concern regarding loss of sound from the AUX Input I was pleasantly surprise by the response I got. I was anticipating a replacement fee for my device at the very most, although I was prepared to be told that I would have to cover the full cost should I choose to replace it. So when I was told that I would be getting a replacement at no cost to myself I was astonished. I have heard wonderful things about Kindle Support however I have to admit I didn't feel that I would ever have a situation where I would rely on their good nature. Thanks Amazon!
