I feel you, MrsJoseph (and I mean that in a non-stranger-groping sort of way).
One reason BB doesn't like to talk about specs is because their models are often under-spec'd. Their Samsung Series 7, for example, is cheaper because its specs are inferior to the standard iterations available elsewhere, but they'd rather you didn't notice that.
