@ astra - you have heard my thoughts and I will keep you in my thoughts during this time.

TBH, until we moved two years ago I didn't know that movers were offering packing too. Moreover, big companies were uninterested in us when they realised that we do our packing.
However, loading, moving and unloading I would not be able to do myself even if I wanted to. The key is to find good movers. <snip>

I do not like others going through my things, which is why I pack and unpack myself, although I did have many thoughts about how it would be to have it done for me.
I hope you are feeling better soon.

My mom was always like business. Let me look at it and take care of it. Then, good, it is not too bad. There you go, you can go continue what you were doing now {kiss}.

Timing is tricky, since you're counting on the heat of the bowl to cook the sauce, and you don't want anything to either over-cook or not set, and once the pasta is in the boiling water, everything moves quickly, and you need to be ready for it when it comes out in 8 minutes. Soggy, limp, overcooked pasta is not a good thing.
Serve with a good, crisp, not oaky white wine (NZ Sauvignon Blanc, a good Chablis, or a Pinot Gris). But definitely not a flabby, over-oaked, chardonay.
Meanwhile, Peet's Holiday Blend coffee in my cup.

Thank you, I will take a look at the extra details you put in.
