I am pretty happy with my Fire so far it gave me an excuse to upgrade my Android phone to a 4g model, Which I promptly rooted and flashed a custom Rom on, Free wifi tether now in my pocket.
I have not rooted my Fire yet I am waiting for someone to develop a Rom for it.
