One more point. All of the various ereaders use similar battery technology and most of them don't have user replaceable batteries so the same issue will exist with most of the reader options that currently exist. The only exception I'm aware of is the Kindle which has a user replaceable battery. In general use the iLiad gets me through many days of reading and has easily lasted me through 10 hour international flights. I would love to see it last longer like the sony, but it is sufficient.
