I have the DXG that I bought when it first came out, and a K3 that I bought a month or two ago. I find myself using the K3 almost exclusively now because the sans serif font is much easier for me to read (tired, old eyes and cataracts insist I need all the help I can get). So - it is possible to go back to a small reader after the DXG.

Also, I don't think you get 3-4 times as many words per page - I compared pages on both devices one day, same book, same size font - and what I saw were a few extra lines on the DXG, actually much less of a difference than I would have believed if I hadn't tried it for myself.

I haven't decided whether I'll go back to using the DXG in the future - which is why it's still sitting here beside me - but I do know I love the sans serif font and it makes it easier for me to read. That's a great deal on the DXG right now, and if anyone wants one I'd say now is the time to get it . . . I'm of the opinion that they are about to disappear and that if Amazon comes out with a new large screen it will be a large screen Fire in 2012, not a new and improved DXG. I'd like to find out I'm wrong.
