I was hoping the customizability would have something to do with enabling a "conversation mode" that would link up the bits of ping-pong conversations, but not so, I guess. (And I couldn't figure out how it would work, anyway.)
I've been leaving responses in the original poster's comment areas, but I agree it does make it hard for someone else to follow what's going on.
